The interview process was informative and thorough. I met with a broad set of stakeholders at the Company who provided a candid view of current status and future outlook. While there are perks to work there, the interview focused more on matching Company goals with the candidate, not selling the perks, which I appreciated. The hiring manager relied on the HR manager to run the process.
