You meet with the manager and they hire on the spot. If you have customer service experience, they will hire you. They don't ask any questions. They tell you what the job duties are and that's it.

The interview process was very laid back. They had me interview at another location that I didn’t apply for but the manager was available the day I was. It seemed like the manager didn’t know I was coming in for an interview because I had to wait for them for about 10 minutes
