I worked at LD back in 2022 for a short period of time. The interview process was very simple. I applied online and got a group zoom interview for the Aces program. There was a cohort of people who were on the zoom interview.

I had a negative hiring experience with this company. Despite having significantly more experience than the role required, I was told that candidates are not offered the top of the salary range. Even before any discussion of my background. Asking about compensation is a normal part of the process, and the reaction I received suggested a lack of transparency and respect for experienced professionals. This raised concerns about how the company handles pay equity and values its employees. If the top of the pay range is never an option, it would be clearer to list one fixed hourly rate instead.
