      Pros

      Fantastic company culture & direct manager support. I adored the team that I worked with when I was there & really wish my career trajectory would have allowed me to work there longer.

      Cons

      Somewhat understandably, the owners want to and need to make certain sales, The downside is the results of those sales aren't fully thought through and can leave the team scrambling to make it work. If you aren't up for those types of challenges those can be frustrating.

      - Great co-workers who make every day enjoyable - Employee engagement platform that keeps everyone connected and recognized - Flexible when it comes to work-life balance - Leadership genuinely cares about you as a person, not just as an employee

      Cons

      It’s a fast-paced environment, and things can change quickly as the company grows. Process documentation is still a work in progress, but it’s improving a lot lately.

      - Leadership is outstanding! They are extremely flexible and will work with you. If your role does not seem like the best fit for you, they'll do their best to find a role that fits you better. - Employees are awesome! GO2 feels like a family more than just a workplace. - Monthly events are the best! - Ability to have a hybrid schedule depending on role and location. - The company always asks for employee feedback to help make decisions about things.

      Cons

      - No complaints at all, everything is great!
